I already have an accountant. How do you work together?
Perfect! We’re all about collaboration. Our job is to manage your day-to-day bookkeeping so your financial records are clean, accurate, and always up to date. That means your accountant can focus on tax planning, strategic advice, and the bigger picture.
We’ll keep in regular contact with your accountant and ensure they have everything they need when they need it.
What systems do you use?
We work with a range of systems, but Xero is our preferred platform. As Silver Champion Partners, Xero Payroll Certified, and Xero Advisor Certified, we know how to get the most out of the platform for your business.
Xero offers real-time data, easy collaboration, and integrates with a wide range of business tools. If you’re not on Xero yet, we can help set you up or we’re happy to work with your existing software.
What's my time commitment?
Our goal is to make your life easier, not give you more admin. During onboarding, we’ll spend a bit of time together setting up systems and gathering the details we need.
From there, our processes are designed to run smoothly with minimal disruption. You’ll hear from us when we need info, documents, or clarification, but we’ll make sure requests are clear and efficient.
You won’t need to be hands-on, but we do ask that you be responsive and keep the lines of communication open. That way, we can do our best work and keep things moving without delays.
