What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

A quick chat about the business and what the pain points are for the business owner is a great start.
We will also need to know the GST status, Software used, Services required, Monthly transactions, Frequency of bookkeeping required, Number of employees, Payroll frequency, Who currently does your bookkeeping, Whether you have an accountant or not, Last BAS and tax return lodgement date, Reason for hiring a bookkeeper

How do you normally charge for your service?

We only offer fixed price Bookkeeping packages and believe in providing the best service no matter which package you are on. Fixed price bookkeeping packages are monthly bookkeeping fees customised to your business. Simply choose which services you want to include and pay the same predictable fee every month. Put the risk on us, stay within your budget, and never receive a surprise bills.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We focus on providing the perfect combination of VALUE and EXPERTISE.. We don’t compete with other firms on price but focus on providing the best service to our clients so price is never an issue for them.

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

How much do we charge p/hour? We don’t charge hourly rates because we provide value as a package to suit each customer. If price is your priority, we are not the right fit.

Do we do Onsite Bookkeeping ? Depends on the business and complexities involved. Most business owners choose virtual bookkeeping as it is cost effective and doesn’t take you away from doing important things while the bookkeeper is on site.

How experienced is your team?

Our team consists of experienced bookkeepers with diverse backgrounds in various industries. They have atleast 3 years of bookkeeping experience with Australian Businesses and Xero advisor certified. We stay up-to-date with regular training and webinars provided by the Tax Practitioners Board to provide accurate and reliable service to our clients.
